Children under 2 years: free (no seat, ticket, or meal included).
Minimum of 8 people required for departure (refund or reschedule if not met).
Vehicles vary depending on group size: up to 7 pax (Staria van), up to 15 pax (minivan), larger groups (bus).
Weather conditions (e.g., typhoon, heavy snow) may affect departure. Decisions will be made by 23:59 (local time) one day prior.
Arrive at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before departure (no waiting for latecomers).
Foreign travelers receive guiding service; Korean travelers are provided with transportation & tickets only.

Please keep personal belongings safe at all times.
Travel time may vary depending on traffic conditions.
Cancellation & Refund Policy:
- 100% refund if canceled by 9:00 AM, 1 day before tour date.
- No refund if canceled after 9:00 AM, 1 day before tour date.
- All times follow local time in Korea.
Reservations made outside the above dates will be automatically canceled.
All bookings are initially on a waiting status and not immediately confirmed.
