Please note that hotel pickup may not be available for solo travelers, and the availability of the tour needs to be confirmed.

Pickup service is limited to Jeju city.

If you are late for the meeting time, we will not wait for the convenience of other customers. (If you miss the bus due to being late, the tour fee will not be refunded.)

In case you cannot be contacted the day before the tour (via phone/email, etc.), the reservation may be canceled, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
Please note that admission tickets, lunch, and other related expenses are non-refundable even if not used.
The tour includes walking. Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes.
The itinerary may be subject to change based on seasonal events, weather, and road conditions.
If you do not provide the necessary information (name, email, contact number, nationality, hotel name, address) on the reservation page, the reservation will not be confirmed.
This is not a private tour and it is limited to a maximum of 15 participants per group.
