Important Notes · Required Information

• Please complete your booking at least 2 days before the service date.
• Unless there is a special issue, the driver may not contact you first.
• After confirmation, please check the voucher for the driver name / contact / vehicle number.
• Your voucher will be sent by 9:00 PM (KST) on the day before pickup.
• The driver will wait with a name sign (picket). Please enter your name accurately.
• For airport pickup, we recommend setting the pickup time to 1–2 hours after arrival to allow for immigration.
• If you are delayed by more than 30 minutes, it may be treated as a No-show, and no refund will be provided.
• If the delay becomes extended, additional charges may apply.
• In case of a flight delay, waiting time is free. If the service cannot be provided due to the delay, a 100% refund may be issued (proof required).
• Infant car seats cannot be rented separately.
• If you need multiple drop-offs, you must select the “Additional stop” option.

✈️ Service Overview

Korea has excellent public transportation, but getting to/from the airport can require multiple transfers. For families or groups with lots of luggage, a private van is often the most comfortable option.
