車両予約に関する注意事項
- 燃料費＆通行料は通常含まれます（ただし「含まれない」と明記されている場合を除く）。
- 1日レンタルの基本利用時間は12時間です（バンコク／パタヤ市内専用：6時間／9時間、VIP：10時間）。
- スケジュールは事前に共有してください。当日の変更は制限される場合や追加料金が発生する場合があります。
- バンの乗車人数：幼児を含め最大10名（ドライバー含む）まで可能です。荷物がある場合は規定が厳格に適用され、違反時には罰金が発生することがあります。
- 乗客数と荷物量をあわせてご考慮ください。セダンは大人最大3名（または大人2名＋子ども1名）を推奨し、荷物が多い場合はSUVを選択してください。
- ほとんどの予約は見積確定後に正式確定となります。直前予約や一部商品は決済可能になるまで時間がかかる場合があります。
- 予約前に日付、人数、車種、移動ルート、ミーティング時間／場所を必ずご確認ください（Airbnb・コンド・ヴィラ等は正確な住所の入力が必要です）。
- 延長利用（オーバータイム）料金は1時間単位で発生し、車両利用料金を総利用時間で割った基準で算定されます。
- ドライバーの不適切な行動や予定外のルート変更などが発生した場合は、直ちにトレンブル（Trenvl）へご連絡ください。
- 車内での喫煙／飲酒、シートベルト未着用などは罰金の対象となる場合があります。

Important Notes · Required Information
- Please complete your booking at least 2 days before the service date.
- Unless there is a special issue, the driver may not contact you first.
- After confirmation, please check the voucher for the driver name / contact / vehicle number.
- Your voucher will be sent by 9:00 PM (KST) on the day before pickup.
- The driver will wait with a name sign (picket). Please enter your name accurately.
- For airport pickup, we recommend setting the pickup time to 1–2 hours after arrival to allow for immigration.
- If you are delayed by more than 30 minutes, it may be treated as a No-show, and no refund will be provided.
- If the delay becomes extended, additional charges may apply.
- In case of a flight delay, waiting time is free. If the service cannot be provided due to the delay, a 100% refund may be issued (proof required).
- Infant car seats cannot be rented separately.
- If you need multiple drop-offs, you must select the “Additional stop” option.
✈️ Service Overview
Korea has excellent public transportation, but getting to/from the airport can require multiple transfers. For families or groups with lots of luggage, a private van is often the most comfortable option.
