ホテルについて

KU:L HOUSE is a privately-funded dormitory built through the BTO (Build-Transfer-Operate) method, where the facility is donated to the university and operated by the private sector for a certain period. The total project cost for construction was approximately 44.5 billion won for the first dormitory, funded through a fund established by KDB Asset Management, and approximately 28.5 billion won for the second dormitory, funded through the Korea Foundation for the Promotion of Private Schools' Edu21 BTL/BTO support program and Hana Bank loans. The private operator and Konkuk University conduct actual operations by holding equity stakes in the dormitory limited company, which serves as the project operator.

Students must check in during the official check-in period as announced by the dormitory administration. If unable to check in during the formal period due to unavoidable reasons, students must notify the KU:L HOUSE Office beforehand and complete check-in within 10 days from the start of the official check-in date (weekends and holidays are not counted). There is a curfew system in place, though the office may lift it after notice considering exam schedules. Specific check-in and check-out times are announced through the dormitory notice system. Students must complete all check-out procedures through the administrative office before departure.

Not applicable - KU:L HOUSE is an on-campus student dormitory exclusively for currently enrolled undergraduate and graduate students of Konkuk University. Children are not permitted.

子供ポリシー

An optional meal plan is available based on students' eating habits. The KU:L HOUSE cafeteria offers a choice of two courses: Course A (Western/a la carte) and Course B (Korean cuisine). Students can request their preferred meal plan number when registering. The cafeteria is located in Frontier Hall, 1st Floor. Additionally, there are numerous dining options nearby including restaurants, a bakery, a 24-hour Glocal Café, and a convenience store within the dormitory complex.

デポジットポリシー

Dormitory fees must be paid upon acceptance. The accommodation fee is approximately KRW 2,200,000 per semester (around $1,750-1,900 USD). Students are required to pay the full dormitory fee upon arrival in Seoul. Payment should be made in cash at the on-campus bank, and the receipt must be submitted to the dormitory office. Refund policies follow dormitory regulations, with specific refund amounts determined based on the length of stay and reason for early departure. Students who withdraw or are dismissed may be subject to partial refunds according to the refund policy outlined in the housing contract.
