The Sangmyung University Seoul Campus Student Dormitory is a residential facility established to provide students with the most comfortable environment for their academic life and to cultivate professional, international, and creative talents through communal living and self-governance activities that harmonize freedom and discipline.

Opened in March 2013, the Pyeongchang-dong Dormitory (SMU House) offers services that meet students' diverse needs through various room configurations including 2-person, 3-person, 4-person, 5-person, 6-person, 8-person, and 10-person rooms. The dormitory ensures residents' independence with washbasins and toilets installed in each room, while also providing the highest level of residential convenience through on-site facilities including a fitness center, information search room, lounge, study room, laundry room, and communal shower facilities. In particular, a state-of-the-art access control system has been implemented to guarantee a convenient and secure living environment.

Sangmyung University Dormitory offers flexible room options to suit students' needs. SMU House (Pyeongchang-dong) features 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 8, and 10-person rooms accommodating 341 students, while Sangmyung Happiness Dormitory offers only 3-person rooms with a capacity of 164 students. Each room is fully equipped with individual beds, study desks, chairs, and wardrobes for each resident. Rooms include private washbasins and toilets, ensuring residents' privacy. Common facilities include a fitness center, study rooms, lounges, laundry rooms, communal showers, and information search rooms. All areas are equipped with state-of-the-art access control systems and centralized heating/cooling systems, creating a safe and comfortable living environment for students to focus on their studies.

デポジットポリシー

Payment: Dormitory fees (including security deposit) can be paid in full cash (bank transfer) or installments (4 quarters)

Mid-Term Withdrawal Refund:

Daily prorated amount minus 20% penalty fee
For disciplinary eviction: 30% penalty on prorated remaining fees
No refund if less than 30 days remain until end of term
Additional 7 days deduction if checkout notice not given 7 days in advance
