• Please make your reservation at least 2 days in advance.
• Each session can accommodate up to 1-4 people.
• A deposit is required to complete the reservation, and the remaining balance will be paid on-site.
• Please make your reservation based on the actual number of people visiting.
• Languages: English (conversational), Japanese (native), Chinese (native) 

How to Reserve

1. Please fill out all required information accurately on the reservation page.
2. Proceed with the deposit payment.
3. After payment, your reservation will be confirmed within 1–2 business days.
4. We’ll contact you via email or messenger if any changes to your reservation are necessary.
5. Show your reservation details to the staff when you arrive.
6. The amount you paid in advance will be deducted from your total on-site.

During Your Visit 

1. Visit the 9th floor and present your Trenvl reservation confirmation and passport at the information desk. 
2. Please wait for a moment in the waiting area in the lobby.
3. When your name is called, you will have a personalized consultation with the director based on your individual needs.
4. Move to the consultation room to receive information about your procedure (the entire process, steps, and estimated time required).
5. Receive the procedure as guided.
6. You will receive instructions about post-care in the care room.
7. At the information desk, you will be given detailed information about post-procedure precautions and recommended guidelines.
8. If needed, you can get a pre ion and take your medication at a nearby pharmacy or schedule a follow-up visit.
