If you are more than 10 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be given.

Please reserve your desired date and time on the reservation page.
Please make sure to visit on your reserved date and time.
If you're more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and no refunds will be provided.
Each reservation is for one person only. If booking with a friend at the same time, please make separate reservations.
No refunds for last-minute changes or cancellations at the store (e.g., booking both hand and foot nail art but only getting one done).
For design changes or additional decorations, any price differences must be paid on-site.
Depending on the design or gel removal, the appointment may take 30 minutes to 1 hour longer.
Gel removal fees vary based on nail condition and must be paid on-site.
