  • Cancelations up to 3 days before: Full Refund
  • Cancelations up to 2 days before: No Refund
  • If you're more than 10 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and no refunds will be provided.

Things To Keep In Mind

  • Please reserve your desired date and time accurately on the reservation page.
  • Please make sure to visit on your reserved date and time. 
  • If you're more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled, and no refunds will be provided.
  • Book only one service per person. If booking with friends for the same time slot, please make separate reservations.
  • Refunds will not be provided if you change or cancel a service after confirmation (e.g., booking both hand and foot nail art but only receiving hand nail art).
  • If you wish to change the design or add decorations, any price difference must be paid on-site.
  • Acrylic or nail extensions removal will incur an additional fee of 11,000 KRW (to be paid on-site).
  • Depending on the design or gel removal, the service may take an additional 30 minutes to 1 hour.
  • Gel removal and nail wrapping prices may vary depending on the condition of your nails and must be paid on-site. 
  • For reservation changes or inquiries, please contact minegallery@minegallery.co.kr.

  • Duration: 30-120 min
  • Languages: English (basic only)
  • Each reservation is for one person and one service. Please book separately for additional people.

How to Reserve

  1. Please fill in all the required information accurately on the reservation page.
  2. Proceed with the full payment.
  3. Once the payment is completed, your reservation will be confirmed within 1-2 business days. if there is a need to change the reservation date or time, you`ll be contacted via email or messenger app.
  4. During your visit, show your reservation details to staff.
