If you are more than 10 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be given.

Things To Keep In Mind

Please reserve your desired date and time on the reservation page.
Please make sure to visit on your reserved date and time.
The program is offered in different languages at 30-minute intervals. Please check the available languages and make your reservation accordingly.
Arrive 5 minutes before your consultation starts. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your reservation will be automatically canceled without a refund.
This is a group program with multiple participants, so you may be paired with others you don’t know.
Ensure smooth processing by accurately filling out all required information on the reservation page.
The location can be hard to find, so please refer to the attached map before visiting.
Avoid makeup or contact lenses for accurate diagnosis. If wearing makeup, you’ll need to remove it before the consultation.
Bring the cosmetics you currently use for product recommendations after the diagnosis.
If booking makeup services and you have sensitive skin, bring your own skincare products.
Glasses and colored lenses must be removed for accurate diagnosis. If you have poor eyesight, clear lenses are recommended. (However, if you wear glasses regularly or want to be diagnosed while wearing them, it’s possible.)
Avoid excessive drinking the day before or on the day of the appointment and ensure adequate rest.
Diagnosis may not be accurate immediately after skin treatments or tanning.
Refrain from wearing items like turtlenecks, hoodies, or silk clothing that might interfere with the diagnosis.
You may take photos of recommended items and colors for record-keeping, but ask for permission from the instructor before photographing the instructor, materials, or consultation room.
