Cancelation Policy

  • Cancellations up to 3 days before: Full Refund
  • Cancellations up to 2 days before: No Refund
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be given.

Things To Keep In Mind

  • Please shampoo your hair on the day of your visit. If not, an additional fee of 10,000 KRW will be charged for shampooing (on-site payment).
  • Basic hairstyling includes simple curling. Additional charges may apply depending on the requested style (half-up, full-up, etc.) (on-site payment).
  • Bringing reference photos of your desired makeup style can help achieve the look you want.
  • Please reserve the service according to the number of people receiving treatment.
  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, the reservation will be automatically canceled without a refund.
  • If you have sensitive skin, please bring your own skincare products when booking makeup services.
  • When booking makeup, come with only basic skincare (toner, lotion) applied.
  • Additional charges may apply based on the type of makeup or hairstyling requested after consultation.
  • The makeup service offered at Shym, Gongdeok Mapo branch is daily makeup. Additional charges may apply for specific makeup requests (on-site payment).
  • Avoid sunscreen with white cast and lip tints with staining effects during makeup services.
  • Makeup services take approximately 30 to 60 minutes.
