  • If you are more than 10 minutes late, it will be considered a no-show, and no refund will be given.

  • Book services based on the number of people receiving treatment.
  • For sensitive skin, please bring your own skincare products when booking makeup.
  • Avoid wearing makeup or contact lenses for accurate diagnosis; if you have makeup on, you’ll need to remove it before the diagnosis.
  • Arrive with only basic skincare (toner and lotion) applied for makeup appointments; cleansing is available on-site if needed.
  • For personal color appointments, avoid makeup or contact lenses, and remove any makeup before diagnosis if applied.
  • Bringing your regular makeup products is recommended for personal color appointments for personalized product recommendations.
  • Avoid clothing like turtlenecks, hoodies, and silk that may interfere with personal color diagnosis.
  • Hair up-styling in the Hair & Makeup Set is designed to match women's Hanbok.
  • Basic waves and straight styling are included in the Hair & Makeup Set.
