- If you change to an upstyle during hairstyling, there will be an additional charge. (To be paid on-site)
- Shampooing is not possible on-site. Please make sure to wash your hair on the day of your appointment. Styling cannot be done with wet or oily hair.
- If you have a desired style, please let us know in detail during reservation.
- Please refrain from using your phone during the makeup procedure.
- A full payment is required to complete the reservation. There might be additional charges if you get additional services. (To be paid on-site)
- When visiting the shop, please do not apply sunscreen on your face after basic care & make sure to comb your hair without tangles.
- If you have eyelash extensions or eyelash perms, the eyelashes may not appear as nicely.
- Please make sure to prepare reference photos for your desired hair and makeup style.
- If you have sensitive skin, please bring your current skincare products.
- Basic communication in English, Chinese, and Japanese is possible.
- If you wish to make a reservation before 07:00 AM or after 03:00 PM, please contact minegallery@minegallery.co.kr. Additional fees will apply for these hours.

Cancelation Policy
- Cancellations up to 10 days before: Full Refund
- Cancellations up to 6 days before: 50% Refund
- Cancellations up to 5 days before: No Refund

- Each session can accommodate up to 1 person.
- If you want to get makeup done with a companion, please make separate reservations for consecutive times and visit together.
