Things To Keep In Mind
A reminder email will be sent between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM one day before departure. It will include a group chat link for direct communication with the tour staff. If you don’t receive it, please check your spam or junk folder.
Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early. The tour will depart on time out of respect for other guests. (No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows)
Refunds will not be issued if you miss the tour due to being late. Be sure to arrive at the departure point at least 10 minutes in advance.
The tour schedule may be adjusted depending on traffic or weather conditions.
Children under 36 months can join for free but will not be provided with a separate shuttle bus seat. Please bring a passport to confirm the child’s age.
The itinerary includes a variety of local food and drinks, with both alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. If you have any food allergies, please inform us at the time of booking.
Some dishes may contain meat, poultry, eggs, or dairy, and may not be suitable for vegetarians.
